- All package "open trip" that we offered based on schedules and cannot be changes. For "private trip" minimum package are 5 paxes (complete with drone and underwater cam documentaries), free to make a due date appointments.
- Tour packages are included documentation drone (only if minimum quota 8 paxes), and come along with one minute duration video.
- All tour package are excluding transportation tickets (airplane/train/bus/ferry) to meeting point, entrance ticket for Taman National Komodo Island/Rinca Island (Komodo Sailing package trip).
- Meeting point and the other things will we briefing on group chat Day - 5 before due.
- We are suggesting for arrival at least Day - 1 before start trip to avoid delays on each destinations.
- For booking, we have two parts of payment, downpayment is a must for book the date / seat before it full. First booking fee 250K/pax for open trip and 500K/pax for private trip. Secondly, rest payment must be paid at Day - 7 before due trip.
- If any participants cancel trips, the booking fees is considered to be forfeited.
- All tour packages are included insurance by Allianz.
