Payment Police

PAYMENT POLICY:

• * Down payment for open trip is 1 million/pax.
• * DP for private trip is 30% of the total price.
• * Repayment/Full payment max D-7.
• *WhatsApp group for Open trip participants will be created on D-3.
• * DP is non-refundable(forfeited if canceled).
• * Did not receive payment on the spot.
• * NO REFUND.
• * Unilateral cancellation on the D-7 trip with full payment will be rescheduled. Unilateral cancellation includes evidence of such information (if sick: medical certificate; flight cancel; etc.)
• * Guest can only reschedule max 1 month before the trip.
• * Guest with positive PCR or Antigen Swab can initiate a trip reschedule by attaching evidence.
• * BOOKING MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE APPLICABLE TERMS
